We enjoyed our stay, especially with the Tapatio Tour around town. it was fun seeing the sights together as a big family. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, and it was great to have our own spacious two double beds room for the kids and relatives.
My wife says that the breakfast options felt limited and could be varied more for families. We wished for more dining choices, especially for picky eaters.

The location is convenient for exploring, with plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel has a nice restaurant and a complimentary breakfast that is fresh and enjoyable. However, the room had some dust and the overall atmosphere felt outdated. A disconcerting incident occurred when an employee entered our room without knocking, which definitely raised safety concerns.

Housekeeping was super friendly and always helpful! The room was fine, and even when I asked for a room overlooking the street, they totally obliged! The location was great for getting around—lots of restaurants nearby.
The breakfast options could definitely use some variety. it felt kinda repetitive.
